I said I would post pictures for you when I did more altered art birds…
So here they are…
One is made from an old clock for the body and a door plate for the head…
The other one has a pocket watch for the body and a winding stem for the head…

Well I’m not one of those people who loves cold weather… It is just too cold to do a lot of things but I did get in my studio and get a few necklaces made… As usual, all of them have wings…

Talk about pressure… I love doing these altered art pieces. I found this old pressure gauge in Canton… I recognized the little bird right off and couldn’t wait to bring it to life.

The benefit auction for the Winnsboro Main Street Project was held Saturday night. The little altered art bird I did was sold for $280. How cool was it that my little bird went home with a “Martin”? :o)
